This tutorial will show you how to make an edit like this one:
Okay first you should be already done editing the picture you wanna use, then save it,
1) Open it again then select the parts that you want in the picture, using ‘Polygonal Lasso Tool’.
2) Right click on the selected parts, then choose ‘Layer via Copy’.
3) Paint the first layer (the original one)...
